Indeed, You have been told many times how important it is to be positive and have a positive attitude towards life. How can positive thoughts change your life? The answer is Yes! Today, I am talking about them and how you can apply them in your life.
I have never been exceptionally positive myself, But I can assure you that I have always fought to be. In recent years, I have noticed the changes that positive thoughts bring to my life. Whenever I find positive thoughts in a book or on the Internet, I write them in a notebook that I feel inspired and motivated.
Do you know? We only go through this life once, and it is up to your mental approach to enjoy it to the fullest. We always worry about things from the past or things that will never happen. We also focus on the bad things that happen to us, we look at others’ defects, and we constantly criticize. Negative thoughts make us unhappy, which do not fit our immune system and make us more prone to illness.
But I have good news! We can change our positive attitude. There is no age for a change, and science has proven it. The aim must be positive, You have a life ahead, and that life is crucial.
How to be more positive? Here are some keys
Change the way you speak and use positive language
Positive language and behaviour will influence the way you act. It is more effective to work motivated than begin pessimist or reluctance. Incorporating positive phrases or reflections that encourage you more or those around you can help you spontaneously.
Surely, Your Facebook wall and your friend are full of positive and inspiring phrases. You can write them and compile them as I do to use them when I needed.
Facebook, I am posting from time to time!
Stop being afraid for the future
A common thought is “What if …?” scaring you of the negative things that can happen to you. When you have
fear and negative thought about the future, think you will also live positive and pleasant experiences and visualize yourself happy.
Many times we suffer more from what we imagine that happens. Start thinking about what can go right and stop being afraid of what can go wrong. Everything has a solution.
Keep Yourself With Optimistic People
Keep optimistic people in your life
who can transmit happiness and good energy? Keep away from all those who constantly complain, criticize and are incompatible with your school to though. Everything will become easier and comfortable.
Write three things you liked of the day
Before going to sleep, write or think about three things you come across about the day (even if they were minor details).
These three positive thoughts will help you focus on the good happening in your life and vice versa. Your mind also incorporates it into your daily routine, and you will think positive automatically. If you change your way of thinking, you will change how you live and your experiences. Your thoughts modify your feelings which set your attitudes and habits. Of course, positive thinking will bring happiness to your life.
key points to remember and integrate into our thinking are:
- Each of us is responsible for our actions.
- Every single thought is creating a future for us.
- We all face harmful patterns of resentment, blame, and criticism.
- thoughts are flexible and can be changed.
- We need
- let the past go off and forgive everyone.
- The real power is always in the present moment.
Event is not the problem. The way we interpret the fact is
The behaviour that maintains how we react to an event does not depend on the fact itself but the interpretation. You have seen that you do not always react the same to the same event. Sometimes you have more patience with children when they say no than others.
Likewise, you may have observed that you react differently than other people in the same circumstances. We all wonder about unfavourable circumstances maintain a positive attitude, serenity and our health.
The survivors of the concentration camps, Nelson Mandela, and some friends to whom life gave regular letters to them or their children who always
enjoy life better than most.
Before an event, we have a behaviour. But what happens in between in thoughts, physiology, and emotions? And as a consequence of all this, we produce an action (a behaviour) or inaction.
A very useful sequential version to understand how our behaviour is formed is the one proposed by Brooke Castillo:
Circumstances-> Thoughts-> Emotions -> Actions -> Results
Faced with an external circumstance, we create thoughts. Those thoughts are the cause of some emotions.
These emotions are the cause of doing (or not doing) something. The consistent set of actions or in-actions is the cause of our results in life.
This model’s critical element is that it is not the circumstances (external, over which we have no control) that determine our results, but what happens in between – how we interpret and think about what happens to us and everything that happens.
Such thoughts unleash.
And it is key because in the “in the middle”, we can act; it is in our sphere of control.
We can work on our thoughts, and we can influence our emotions, physiology, and conditioning of our body and thoughts.
