Symptoms of fatigue include drowsiness, fatigue, and reluctance to work throughout the day. And malnutrition, not exercising, dehydration, etc., are some of the causes of this problem. There are ways to get rid of it. In this episode, I learned about the five reasons for feeling tired and the solution.

1. Do not exercise

Not exercising is one of the reasons for feeling tired. According to a 2008 study published in Psychotherapy and Psychometrics, exercise works to relieve at least 75 percent of fatigue. So exercise 30 minutes at least five to six days a week to alleviate fatigue.

2. Dehydration

Dehydration increases fatigue and exhaustion. Even a tiny amount of dehydration causes fatigue in the body. So drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water a day to reduce fatigue. You can also eat fruit juice, coconut water, etc.

3. Sleep problems

Fatigue occurs when the quality of sleep is poor. Even a little less sleep can have a direct effect on mood and health. According to a 2005 study, sleep disorders can cause mood swings. It disrupts communication activities.

4. Obesity

Unhealthy eating habits and constant lying down without physical exertion are responsible for creating fatigue and exhaustion. Even sleep apnea, due to obesity, causes sleep problems. So it is necessary to control body weight to reduce fatigue.

5. Malnutrition

Although there is a lack of nutrition in the body, there is fatigue. Malnutrition will occur if you do not follow healthy eating habits. Include iron, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and magnesium in your diet to reduce fatigue.

However, many complex problems in the body, but fatigue. So even after following the above advice, if the fatigue is regular, consult a doctor.
